In celebrating the 10th<\/sup>\u00a0Anniversary of the\u00a0Journal of Applied Arts and Health<\/strong>(JAAH), the\u00a0University of Wolverhampton<\/strong>\u00a0collaborate in hosting an\u00a0International Arts & Wellbeing Conference<\/strong>. The Conference is conveniently located in the\u00a0UNESCO World Heritage<\/strong>\u00a0site known as the \u2018Birthplace of the Industrial Revolution\u2019 in the stunning\u00a0Ironbridge Gorge<\/strong>, Shropshire, England. With its vast array of Victorian monuments, museums and galleries it is a major historical destination. It is also home to the\u00a0world\u2019s first cast-iron bridge<\/strong>\u00a0built in 1779 by Abraham Darby III and now recognised as one of the great symbols of the Industrial Revolution. This remarkable Iron Bridge still dominates the town that bears its name.<\/p>\n The Conference celebrates the arts and aims to build metaphoric bridges across the field by facilitating a diverse and lively programme of dialogue with an emphasis on\u00a0creativity and wellbeing<\/strong>\u00a0in education and community.
